It’s all about balancing a smooth, flavourful ganache with a delicate chocolate shell. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the essentials of creating fresh, handmade fine bonbons. We begin with a brief introduction to cacao and chocolate and then move straight into working with tempered chocolate. You’ll shape, fill, and finish your own beautiful bonbons in a fully practical session.

No prior experience is required, and all tools and ingredients are provided. Leave with a generous box of your handmade bonbons and the recipes and skills to recreate them at home.
